As you use and access Boomerang for Gmail, Baydin Inc. will learn certain information about you. How we will handle information we learn about you depends upon how you use the product.

If you use the Boomerang feature or the Send Later feature, we collect:

1. The name of the domain from which you access the Internet
2. Which browser you use to connect to our service
3. The date and time you accessed the service
4. Your email address
5. Email message headers (message bodies are not stored) for messages you choose to Boomerang or Send Later
6. Your product settings

If you choose to upgrade to a paid Boomerang for Gmail plan, we will also collect additional information including your name, address, and credit card information. This information will be used only to collect payment for the service.

Aggregate information is also collected for statistical purposes. Baydin Inc. may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of uses of different features of the product, what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, Baydin Inc. uses software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.

Baydin Inc. cares about the privacy of your personal information. No personally-identifiable information will be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user.
